about

A quilt of essentially random pieces from a number of mostly unreleased and unfinished albums originally recorded over the last 20 years, laid end-to-end until they filled the entire house, and subsequently turned into something not originally intended, unless one considers that the original intention of any of these things is to not have an intention. This may not actually be the case.

This album may not actually be the case.

here's what happened: there were too many ways to peel the onion, and none of us could agree on the correct one. Later we discovered we didn't even HAVE an onion, just a plate full of dry noodles.

the problem is time moves, as far as I can tell, just like a tape in a player with no rewind. can we flip the tape over?

In the light of a wet winter morning in front of an array of screens. All of the sounds recorded here were recorded so that anyone who has a mind to may listen to them in the way in which they are presented. There is a cemetery in the middle of a graveyard and all are welcome to attend.

Source material contained on this album was recorded in 2001, 2002, 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2008, 2011 and 2020. The resulting mess was assembled in January, 2020 while watching time move in that funny way it has of moving, impercebtibly slowly and very quickly all at once.
